Our team launched TechnoPlanet after establishing one of the largest and pioneering global IT distribution and manufacturing companies across five countries, specifically targeting the Apple industry. We became the first North American IT distributor to expand into Europe. Following a successful exit, we shifted our focus to news media, direct mail catalogs, eCommerce, web portals, and digital content, while also launching a variety of industry events.

Throughout the 2010s, we embraced Cloud, SaaS, and recurring revenue services to facilitate VARs’ quicker transition to MSPs. We transformed ChannelNEXT into a collaborative mastermind peer-group experience and expanded our offerings to include business-building services like marketing automation for MSPs. Simultaneously, we continued to develop partner ecosystems for vendors, and EChannelNEWS grew globally, attracting subscribers from around the world.

Digital Pioneering and Resilience in the Channel
From 2020 to 2025, we rapidly shifted to a digital-first strategy in response to Covid, moving to virtual events and later enhancing our cybersecurity and AI initiatives. We adopted hybrid events, live streaming, and increased our media presence with podcasts. Our commitment to equipping partners with innovative tools and strategies for digital transformation and sustainability continues to drive our efforts.
